The hotel had favourable and excellent location next to the other areas and a restaurant within walking distance and Knoxville proper and Powell TN. It also was between daylong conferences.

The room was well-stocked and beautifully maintained with comfortable beds, a book, handicap accessible shower, the check-in was early. The breakfast had plenty of options, including hot waffles, cookies, and eggs.

i booked king room and everything was fine. i had a comfortable bed, and climate control, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a small fridge. the service provided there was exceptional. the personnel was helpful.
